Ideal Footwear Selection
When buying shoes take into consideration the following criteria:
Measure shoe size at the end of the day when feet are more dilated.
Choose your bigger foot. If you don't know which one is the biggest, measure both and choose the biggest length.
Take into account the measurement of the length of you foot by the longest toe which sometimes is not the Hallux (big toe).
Remember that you should not wear tight footwear because you can get feet and toe deformations and subsequent bunions. If you have doubts choose the next size.
Choose footwear in natural leather or tanned leather. Leather adjusts to your feet providing greater comfort.
The ideal heel has a width of 2 cm and height of 2 to 3 cm.
